SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for using WowPatterns. We strive to provide you with top-quality surface patterns and a seamless experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to offer fair and transparent refund options.

Shipping Policy:

At WowPatterns, we aim to ship fabric orders within 
Minimum of 8  days and a maximum of 14 days,
 depending on the quantity ordered. 
For any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@wowpatterns.com. Please note, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Individual Pattern Purchases:

• For individual pattern purchases, we offer a full refund if the request is made within 10 days of the purchase date.
• If you have downloaded and used more than 10 patterns from your purchase, we are unable to process a refund. This policy is in place to prevent misuse.

Subscription Plans:

• For subscription plans (e.g., yearly, or lifetime deal), we offer a full refund within 10 days of the initial subscription date.
• If you have downloaded and used more than 10 patterns during your subscription period, we are unable to process a refund. This ensures that subscribers do not misuse the service by downloading a large number of patterns and then requesting a refund.

Pattern Maker Subscription Cancellation and Refund:

For subscriptions that include access to our tools and services, we understand the importance of preventing misuse. Therefore, if you have subscribed, utilized, downloaded, or benefited from any of our tools or services during your subscription period, we are unable to process a refund for the subscription, even if it is within the eligible refund period.

Subscription Cancellation:

• If you wish to cancel your subscription without a refund, you can do so at any time. Your access to patterns will continue until the end of your current subscription period, and you will not be charged for future renewals.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@wowpatterns.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
• Refunds will be processed only if you mail us  within 3 business days of subscription and may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment method.

Abuse Prevention:

• To prevent abuse of our refund policy, we monitor download activity. If we detect excessive downloading and usage before a refund request, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
